TOURWAYS was founded in 1995 by Rafael Pittman who travelled
extensively as an executive for multinational companies in Europe,
the USA and Latin America. He has also been involved with representing

and Politics.
Rafael is a Blue Badge, City of London and Driver-Guide and takes

We hope you enjoy travelling "de luxe" with us and
that we live up to "Tourways for the best days"!
Guides qualifications
Tourways guides and driver-guides
have received extensive training and are qualified by the London
and or regional tourist boards as "Driver-Guides" or
"Blue Badge" guides. Guides also attend specialist-guiding
courses for specific attractions or "cities".
You will find that guides are travellers themselves with long
periods spent abroad and can therefore empathise with the needs
of visitors. Most are university graduates too, many are linguists
and some bi-lingual so there's lots to talk about!
They have a broad knowledge of Britain as part of their training
and will know about the countryside, current affairs and the
arts and "what's on in London".
Driver-guides have a detailed knowledge of Britain and know the
narrow lanes and back streets that will make your tours memorable.
There are plenty of stops and photo opportunities on all our
routes. Ask the guide for restaurants!
